This pack includes three pairs of 5A drumsticks and one pair of 55A drumsticks. Vic Firth's 5A has a teardrop tip for rich cymbal sounds. Light and fast for jazz, orchestral, and pit work. The 55A is slightly fatter than a 5A, yet thinner than a 5B. The American Classic line combines tradition and Vic Firth style. Classics are turned from select hickorya dense wood with little flex for a more pronounced sound. Hickory is also capable of withstanding a great deal of shock, making it highly durable. The wood tips are deeply back-cut for intensified cymbal response.
